Mundy Memorial Golf Scramble
The annual golf scramble is held in honor of the Mundy Family. The late Bill Mundy was an avid golfer who served on the YMCA board, and even though our name has changed, our goals and purpose have remained the same. Bill Mundy organized the first golf benefit in 1995. He was a good friend and great supporter of our organization by investing many volunteer hours to make a difference in the community. The golf scramble was renamed the Bill Mundy Memorial Golf Scramble in 1998 after his passing. In 2022, the scramble was renamed once again to the Mundy Memorial Golf Scramble to include and honor the late Robert (Bob) Mundy, II. Bob Mundy continued with his family's involvement and support of our organization until his passing in June 2021. The Mundy family is proud to support our organization’s new name and would like to continue the tradition of the golf scramble. The Wabash Valley Youth in Action, Inc. is honored to host this event in memory of such wonderful men.
